Log in
Go to the login page and enter your credentials provided by your admin.
Explore the Dashboard
The dashboard shows Today's tasks, overdue items, and key metrics like total leads and conversion rate.
Use the Sidebar
The left sidebar has all CRM sections โ Leads, Events, Tasks, Reports, Drip Sequence, and more.
Check your Profile
Click your avatar in the top-right to access Profile settings and logout.

Open Leads
Click 'Leads' in the sidebar to see all leads assigned to you (or all leads if you're admin).
Add a Lead
Click 'Create Lead' โ fill company name, contact, source, and assign to a team member.

Download the Excel template, fill in lead data, then upload via 'Bulk Upload Leads'.
Open a Lead
Click any lead row to open the Lead Detail page โ view contacts, activities, attachments, and history.
Log an Activity
On the lead detail page, use the Activity section to log calls, emails, meetings, and notes.
Convert to Client
When a deal is won, click 'Convert to Client' on the lead page to move it to Clients.

Schedule an Event
Go to 'Schedule Events' โ select the lead, type (Meeting or Demo), date/time, and assign to a user.
View Events
The 'Events' page shows all pending and completed meetings and demos, filterable by date and status.
Mark as Done
Open an event and click 'Mark as Done' to log outcome details โ duration, remark, and next steps.
Reschedule
If a meeting needs to be moved, use the 'Reschedule' option to pick a new time without losing history.

Open Tasks
Click 'Tasks' in the sidebar to see all tasks assigned to you.
Create a Task
Click 'New Task' โ enter title, description, assign to a user, set a due date.
Start a Task
Click a Pending task and select 'Start Task' to move it to In Progress.
Complete a Task
Click 'Complete' on an In Progress task to mark it done and log duration.
Set Reminders
From a lead detail page, use 'Schedule Reminder' to get notified at a specific time.

Create Message Templates
Go to 'Message Master' โ create reusable email/WhatsApp templates with variables like {name}, {company}.
Build a Drip Sequence
Go to 'Drip Master' โ create a new sequence, add messages with delay intervals (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7).
Assign to Leads
From a lead's detail page or Drip Sequence section, assign the sequence to one or multiple leads.
Monitor Today's Drip
The 'Today's Drip' page shows all drip messages due today โ review and send them.

Create a Proposal
Go to 'Add Proposal' โ select the lead, add line items with prices, and fill in terms.
Preview PDF
Use the preview button to review the generated PDF before sending.
View All Proposals
The 'Proposals' page lists all sent quotations with status โ Pending, Accepted, or Rejected.

Open Reports
Reports are under the Reports section in the sidebar (Admin only).
Select User & Date Range
Choose a team member and a date range (e.g. this month) to generate their performance report.
Review KPIs
The report shows: new leads assigned, meetings done, demos done, tasks completed, deals won, and conversion rate.
Drill Down
Click any KPI card to see the full list of items behind that number.
Leads Report
The Leads Report shows all leads created in a date range, segmented by status (converted, lost, in-progress).

Open Clients
Click 'Clients' in the sidebar to see all clients (leads that were converted).
View Client Profile
Click a client to see their full profile โ original lead data, conversion date, and attachments.
Edit Client Details
Use the Edit button to update client information like address, machine specs, or AMC details.

Go to Manage Users
Click the Management dropdown in the navbar โ Manage Users (Admin only).
Add a User
Click 'Add User' โ enter username, email, phone, role (Admin or User), and department.
Edit or Deactivate
Use Edit to update user details. Deactivating a user prevents them from logging in.
Reset Password
Admin can reset any user's password from the Manage Users page.

Open the Chatbot
Click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any dashboard page.
Ask a Question
Type your question โ the AI can help you navigate the CRM, explain features, or answer business questions.
Close and Reopen
